Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern all photography services provided by HiveMind Media (Pty) Ltd T/A PulseShot Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered
We provide both voluntary (unpaid) event photography and paid photography services, including customised packages tailored to client requirements.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Paid services require confirmation via invoice or written agreement.

  • A deposit may be required to secure bookings.

  • Final images and deliverables will be provided upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Image Ownership & Usage

  • All photographs remain the intellectual property of HiveMind Media (Pty) Ltd T/A PulseShot Photography.

  • We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Usage rights granted to clients will be defined per package or agreement.

5. Event Photography (Public & Voluntary Coverage)

  • At public or voluntary events, photography may include attendees without individual signed release forms.

  • By attending such events, individuals acknowledge that photography may take place.

  • Images from these events may be published on websites, social media, and other marketing platforms.

6. Image Removal & Privacy Requests

  • We respect individual privacy and personal preferences.

  • Any individual who wishes to have an image removed or their face blurred may contact us via email or WhatsApp.

  • Requests must include:

    • The image (or a clear description)

    • The event name and/or date

  • We will process all reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Exclusive & Private Client Work

  • For paid or private bookings, images may be restricted and shared only with the client, as agreed.

  • Such images will not be publicly used without explicit client permission.

8. Turnaround Times

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated per project or package.

  • While we aim to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We take all reasonable care to deliver high-quality photography services.

  • However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, weather conditions, or disruptions at events.

10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
